The past week took us to missionaries! Delivering books, swapping cars, inspecting apartments. On Friday we saw 14 missionaries!

It was a bit of a miracle that all of these missionaries were were at one spot at the same time! We were at a car repair shop. Some came to pick up a fixed car and drop theirs off. Some came to have theirs looked at. Some met us to pick up boxes of the Book of Mormon. Some brought items to deliver to other elders. The spirit they bring with them is powerful. I don't think they realize how they shine.

The next stop was also delivering more books.--add 2 more.

The next stop was to install a tiwi reader and inspect an apartment. A tiwi reader is a little device that tracks their driving. It helps keep these 18-22 year olds safe. It warns them about their speed, turns, stops and starts. It gives them a safe driving score each month. It was fun to watch these two young elders help Elder Kennan install it.

We've also been inspecting apartments.-- Again for safety and cleanliness-- a clean environment helps with a healthy attitude. Missions are hard. Being away from home, getting along with companions, getting sick, obeying rules, living on a minimal budget, plus being told no thank you, I don't care about your message of Christ-- all wear on these young, valiant missionaries. We try to lift and bring good cheer wherever we can. They lift and encourage us!

These sisters have the cutest apartment and it was so clean and organized! We don't always get to see the missionaries when we inspect their apartments-- they have work to do, and they are out doing it! We were early enough to get to visit a little here-- it was a blessing to us.

Seventeen missionaries that blessed our lives this week-- and that doesn't include those that come through the office giving hugs, high fives and hand shakes, and those we see on Sunday.

These are valiant young Elders and Sisters out teaching those who will listen about Christ and His gospel. Please pray for them-- pray for them every day. They need our prayers--every one of them.

We topped off the week by going to the Oakland California Temple. Thank you!❤️ Heavenly Father.
